About

Clear information for trade enquiries

Pallet Wood presents board finishes and approved starting prices for builders, fit-out contractors, joiners and commercial buyers to include in a project enquiry.

How the catalogue works

The catalogue groups board options by visual finish and listed coverage. These descriptions help define an enquiry; they do not confirm current availability or a batch specification. Actual board appearance, specification and availability are confirmed by quote.

Length, width, thickness, source material, preparation, treatment and suitability are confirmed in writing for the quoted supply where relevant to the project.

What we don't claim

Plenty of timber is sold with certification language attached to it. We'd rather be specific about what we can evidence, so unless we say otherwise in writing on your quote, we make no claim about:

  • — fire performance or flame-retardant treatment
  • — heat treatment or pest-control standards
  • — suitability or rating for outdoor use
  • — delivery times or lead times
  • — sustainability figures, carbon savings or recycled percentages
  • — being the cheapest supplier on the market

If your project depends on any of the above, state the requirement at enquiry stage so it can be confirmed or declined in writing.

How ordering works

  1. 01

    Build a quote list

Pick the ranges, pack sizes and quantities you think you need. Nothing is charged.

  2. 02

    Send it with your details

Add your postcode and a short note about the project so we can sanity-check the quantity.

  3. 03

    Receive a written quote

Availability, specification, delivery options and final price are set out before an order is agreed.
